Moist sounds could be heard over both the lungs, especially over the left base. She was given prontosil album from that morning, besides local treatment. Exactly how the ulcer developed could not be learned from the parents; all that could be gathered was that it had begun as a tiny vesicle and assumed these proportions within three days.
